Emachine trouble

My emachine was working fine one day and the next it wont start up!
Can some one help me!!!!!!!

I'd say the PSU is the culprit.

Did that solve the problem?

What doesn't work? Does it not turn on? Then I would agree that I'd check the Power Supply first.

If that doesn't solve the problem, post some more details about what's not working.

can i replace a 250 watt with a 400 watt

Yes, you can always go with a higher wattage replacement, just never a lower wattage.

I put in the new power supply but it still didnt work!!!!!!!!!

dont just assume its the psu

it can be as simple as disconnected wire

first off, described what you did before and after you couldnt turn the computer on

Cant see it being a disconnected wire unless you opened up the machine.

What happens when you hit the power button?

Dude sorry if this answer makes you feel stupid, but make sure the wire is plugged in!
Also try a different outlet, do the basic free fixes first.
Open the thing up, check if the fans spin up or anything.
Also look at the fans see if they spin at all, sometimes when you hit the power, check if the fan even moves at all.
It doesn't have to spin, just if it moves at all.
Also is there a light on the motherboard?
