Anyone know of a software/way to browse xbox 360 game disc files?

I am stuck in a game and want to edit the files on an xbox 360 disc to give myself a little more health. There is no alternative I'm not looking at a strategy guide as I'd like to use this in the future as well. Is there any way to browse the game files on an xbox 360 disc? thanks.

First off you would need a modded 360 to do this and reprogram bits of the game.

Not impossible but hard you would also need to forget about Xbox Live.

Just do it the right way and beat the game normally.
