Would you recommend keeping gpu fan @ 100%

What are your gpu temps with your fan at say.....50-60%? If you have to have your gpu fan at 100% to keep your temps in a decent range, then I'd say it's time to upgrade your gpu fan. You should never have to run it at 100% unless it's under high load.

Even them, most stock coolers can keep things under control unless you have ridiculously high ambient temperatures.

Yea,
for my server computer's i turn the fan up to 100% beacuse i dont want it to overheat

SERVERS
1) HP LAPTOP (Turned 50-60% on Weekdays and On Sat,Sun its 100%
2) ACER DESKTOP. (100% Turned all Day 7 days a week)

I turn the Hp Laptop one on to 100% beacuse there are 6x more people connected to my server's than on normal weekdays! its wired!

and plus it lags a little bit so i have to turn it up.

So yea Depends

If its a Laptop then 35-60% MAX.
if its a Desktop Go up to 100% if you Wish.
