Pi to one million

ahhh yes! you dah man joe~!

now...lets see if i can beat that recond of 11s or w.e it was that Techmaster or who ever put up...lol

prob not but still...lol

EDIT:

and Russel :) lol

I doubt it - They have Dual Core processor IIRC, whereas you and I have Quad's... overall more powerful, but on a single-threaded program like that, they wont do so well.

so u saying a quad is more powerful, but will do worse at a single threaded program like SuperPi?

i got 19s so far at 3.5Ghz on stock voltage, though i am going to hold there till my V8 comes in with TX 3..

lol Russel, ur a smart arse...

I'm trying to beat my 18s.... I've got my BE to 3.8GHz on Stock Voltage, and I'm going to wait until the morning before I tinker any more!

I'm trying to find a decent multi-threaded SuperPI Style program...

OK, I will!

I'm using SuperPI MOD1.5 XS.. it has more accurate times.. I managed to do 1M in 17.956s! My CPU was at 3.88GHz.. I'm going to give it one more shot.

lol, i wish they'd make more programs for multi-thread ability so we could really get all the power out of our quads....:(
