I know that CD Audio is 44.1 kHz at 16 Bit Stereo

But I see a lot of Music that is at 48 kHz
I know that 48 kHz is a higher FREQ then 44.1 kHz but is it stll CD qwality or is it the new CD FREQ????????

Nothing to do with quality.

48KHz is usually associated with Digital Audio Tape - DAT.

You probably won't hear the difference between 44.1KHz & 48KHz. Apart from the very slightly extended frequency reproduction.

But quality doesn't come into it to be honest because you can have a DVD - 96KHz/24Bit audio - and have a crappy recording on it. The fact that its on a DVD won't improve the quality. With sampling frequencies above 44.1KHz the important factor is the 'Bit' rate or the 'sample resolution'.

Its just a different format...

I stand corrected. I figured higher sample rate, higer quality. But of course, you can have a higer sample rate of the same quality audio. Thanks for the clarification.
