Do as what seti said. Those connections you posted are all websites except your localhost.
Weather.com, Google.com, webapps.myregisteredsite.com

no, google only has 1 ip address. that is a list of all the "jumps" that the connection connected to before reaching google. like if you were in england connecting to a japanese server, you would jump to places like germany, france, india, then china and finally japan.

Run Avira, SAS, MAM, a-squared and Dr.Web CureIt!

Then install Online Armour.

Then check using HiJackThis and Runscanner.
