The Tuniq is OK. Don't get the Sunbeam.

This one is better: OCZ StealthXStream OCZ700SXS 700W . More power, better quality, cheaper than the Tuniq.

I wouldn't go with the cheaper one.
It is cheaper for a reason, and although it looks cool, it can and probably will be unreliable.
DON'T skip on the PSU.

Show us your specs, so we see how much wattage you need (Unless you already know)
I wouldn't skip on the PSU, sure you'll save some $40 now, and then it might crap out taking out your $100 motherboard, $100 Processor $80 hard drive, and your $100 graphics card (Guesses)
Now will you really end up saving?

The newer Rosewill PSUs have been getting good reviews on many sites such as johnnyGURU. Thye have gone with a different manufacturerer that is producing some quality units.


EDIT:

You really shouldn't need much more than 500W to run the system in your sig. If that's the case, then this will do you well: Rosewill RP500-2 500W - $44.99 with free shipping.
