Another modem card question

Has anyone ever heard of a GVC modem card that is internal> Model # is G1156IV? Plz let me know.

The reason I ask the previous question is on one side of the card, where all the circuitry is, it says it is a PCtel pct789t-c. But on the other side of the card where all the labels are it says the card is what I wrote in the 1st post.

Can someone tell me what the brand and model actually would be?

Can't Find anything on a GVC G1156IV. I guess you're going to have to go with PCtel pct789t-c.
