Alright i searched and searched the last 3 nights but I just cant get it. I just have this one svchost.exe file that runs like every other svchost problem it seems I have been reading. It doesnt take all of my cpu though it just takes up quite a bit of memory. I did regcure and scanned with avg. I also looked into the processes that all run with msconfig and disabled them all at start up. I just cant get this one down at all. Thanks if anyone can help.

No I disabled the startup items. Trust me I read and read. I always use this as my last resort.
