Do you mean what the Input Voltage is? It's 230v.

the 5500 is a few generations older, it sucks for gaming by today's standards and would just be for basic use, I don't even think it can run Aero, stick with your 9500GT, right now and you can pick up a 4870 1Gb version or a GTX260 core 216 for about $150 shipped, check out the "$600 gaming rig" thread, I posted a link there...
