I have insomnia, and i have been ok'd by several doctors to do it once a week if needed. I haven't had too in quite some time since im on ambien now.
 
I rock climb for a few hours everyday, and i do lots of physical activites such as parkour, or jetsking up at the lake etc.

I am fine to do it max once a week, so i try to do i once a month if needed. Since i have the ambien i have been fine and haven't taken anything else.
 
Well it sounds like you are getting enough exercise. I know when I have trouble sleeping, lack of enough exercise is usually the cause. When I used to cycle 200 to 400 miles a week, I never had any trouble sleeping...ever!
