Naw, its a really good card.
I considered it for my last build, but the HD3200 was good enough to watch blu-rays and play halo, so it was fine.

Actually, GPU OC's are excellent. They don't look good next to CPU OC's because they lack a multiplier. My Core can probably reach around 810MHz before it loses stability or I get artificats.

Yeah, but that really isn't a ton of help in games and things.
I guess its because they tend to lack cooling options.
 
Yep. You see the largest difference when you OC your shaders. But even still, it's only about a 5-6 frames difference max from stock and it runs way over heat spec.
 
Hey SkY, did you check your voltages when you had your computer running? If both of those cards were toasting in your system. It's possible that your 12v was over 12.15v

Nexuiz? It's probably a Linux joke I am unaware of.

My 9600GT is stock at 650MHz, I've operated it stably at 812MHz before.
 
You could test it with a multimeter to avoid toasting a new graphics card.

Why is it that you feel like crap?
