According to Newegg, the shipping starts the day the item is scanned t o be shipped out which was yesterday. This is the second day so tomorrow would be the 3rd.

That is when newegg counts it as 'shipped out'
The guarantee is in place by the UPS, who regard it as when it leaves the facility.
