Can't install my wireless network adapter

So, I'm trying to install my Wireless Network adapter - Netgear WPN 311....

Windows XP recognizes its there, but won't install and let it work...

Hard to explain. It says that new hardware was found and runs the wizard. As I run it, it goes to the screen that's ike Connect to the internet to search for software... but I can't get on the internet yet!

I tried everything... installing the software before installing the hardware, vice versa, nothing is working!

Go into device manager, right click the adapter, select update drivers and point the wizard to the folder containing the drivers.

Have you read the installation guide? Click on the link, then click on the documentation tab, if you haven't read the manual.
