No. I found it on TPB a few weeks ago, too, but from what I found on google, it's only SUPPOSEDLY the RTM leak, but it's a hacked installer from the 7100 build...so technically it can't really be the leak if there's no installer.

I personally wouldn't, since Microsoft never issued it themselves. You don't know if it's actually a new build, or if it's simply rebranded to say it's the RTM.

its on a very trusted private site so i dont doubt the uploaded....ill try it out and let u guys no how it goes only issues so far with it is some Russian lang errors lol
