And I have no problem with that. I agree that for about 99% of the general public, Windows or mac should be sufficient, It's just that 1% or so where something else is necessary.
Your numbers are a little out. Additionally, anything Windows or OS X can do, Linux can do or be made to do. That's the beauty of open source software.

Why do you say that? Linux has been around longer then Mac OSX. And Linux is much more customizable then MAC OSx. Linux FTW!

Yes, but that only works for programs that are on the main linux server thingy. In other words, it only works for a select list of stuff. And it doesn't do me much good if I don't have a video card or lan driver =P At least that's how it was last time I tried it.
