Fixing up an older rig

This rig has several parts that are failing sporadicly (psu fan, cpu fan is off balance) and I was wondering if it is worth 25-30 bucks to fix it up.
Its an hp pav. 510n.

I've got a geforce 5200 in it and several hard drives. I use it for backups/playing older games.

I would start saving your money for a new PC.

I've got a decent computer that I use most of the time, this is one that I leave on all the time and use as a backup. I figured it would be worth 25 bucks to get working parts.

If it works and does what you need to then I'd get a cheap power supply and a new fan and fix the thing - won't cost much and they should last for the life of the thing.
