Well, maybe not "easy" steps—after all, it took designer Zachary Paisley 80 days, some serious manual labor, $1586 in total build costs, and a whole lot of math to put together the world's first Rubik's Cube-shaped 15-inch Direct-Servo Subwoofer.

If you are going to custom build a sub-woofer case. You might as well make it look cool :D

But do you guys think this is worth the price?

I just like the fact I could probably detach it from the stand then use it as a screen I can put anywhere with my netbook.

I saw some guy who put one of those underneath the apple on his macbook, and made it play random screensavers and things. It looks pretty cool.

Really I dont think its worth that much. Not really useful. My whole netbook cost almost that much.

It is a cool device though.
