Help! Help!! I need a barcode software to design labels! Inmmediately!

Help...
I am a new hand in a printing company.Today,my boss force me to design 200 supermarket labels,300 product labels,250 book labels and 250 cards...
He said that because I am on trial, I must finish the job within two week or I will be fired!!!But I really don't have any professional knowledge in using that complex software.The barcode software which our company use is too complex that it will take me too much time to learn...But my time is up!!
Help! I am looking for some software which are not only simple and easy,but also professional and excellent in design barcode and labels!
Anybody introduce one for me?

If you are willing to set a linux system up, kbarcode is free, if not, the grant has it.

A Linux-Live CD would probably work. Just boot into Linux off the RAM into Linux to use Kbarcode whenever you need it. No sense in permanently installing a Linux Distro. Are there no co-workers to help you get situated with the barcode software that your company uses? I think that's a ridiculous request of your boss if he knows you don't know about the software they use.

True there, but he could set it up on a flashdrive or something.
Also i heard there is a way to run KDE and its applications in windows.
