Noob question, what are the green plastic bits on the sides of drives called? Also can I remove them and still mount my drives properly?

There little clip like things that you have to have on the side of whatever device. They click the drive into the drive bays. Without them the drives won't fit as snug and tight. Dependning on your computer, maybe you could use M3 screws to put your drives in, im not sure. My machine I need the clips.
