Do you get any more accuracy over a "regular" air soft gun?

My favorite version of an airsoft was to take a sand blaster and fill the sand hopper with airsoft BBs. You could set up a cardboard box and blast holes in it a foot in diameter. It would take a little while, and use thousands of air soft BBs but it sure was fun.
