I'd say this if you are really trying to stick to around $100, but this if you can afford it.

Those look like some very good choices, going by what I've learned about the newer video display adapters!

Why?...the 250GS I posted is a rebranded, but better, 9800GTX+ for the same price.

Larisa, Get the 250GS I posted, you won't regret it. It'll perform much better than the 9600GT, better than a 9800GT, and better than the 9800GTX+ (which it was rebranded from I believe).

And, if you could get your hands on that 4870, that'd play just about anything you can throw at it at "high" settings. It's up to you in the end, but I at least would recommend the 250GS.

Huh, it doesn't work for me now. It was working earlier...it was a PNY Nvidia 9600 card, if I remember correctly.
