Yup, the Cooler Master V8 also includes thermal paste.

and i aint buying from newegg, im actualy gonna order them from a retailer and pick them up instore, they have the XFX 4890 XT so im just gonna pick that one up

That'll work then. The 1gb one is cheap in the US. ($220 i think), but at that high aa price, the 4890 is a better deal.

No i wont be overclocking right away.. since its my first build, but soon i will

It's good stuff.

Truthfully, all thermal pastes perform pretty much the same. You'll see an average temp difference of about 3° - 5°C between them all.
