What do we think about this home audio set-up?

Were going to order everything in my first post today.. unless someone doesnt think it will work very well.

The sound has to cover a large open room with 30' ceilings. Is this going to work. I realize It has no 'sound structure' as its a giant open space... but yeah how will this do before I actually buy it. Guys at AVS are no help.
