Help! Choosing a Power Supply

I am building a computer and I need help with choosing the right PSU. Ok so my system would have a dvd burner, card reader, Radeon HD 4670 graphics card, and an Intel Pentium E5200 2.5GHz 65W Dual Core Processor. Will I need more than 500W???

and if u can post a link of a PSU u recommend for me.

You really wont need much more than 450W. You're right, the HEC unit is cheap.

Here's a couple of good quality, low cost choices:

I would say go a little bigger if your going to use this for future upgrades, but eh your using a pentium so.
