Yeah I was looking into just soldering speaker wire onto a 3.5mm male plug, but 3.5 is low power, and I have 120 watt speakers. Lol my monitor is an amp too. I use it for my guitat sometimes lol.

Yup pretty good for its age lol. I think maybe I should just get a surround sound amp or something like that. But that+another monitor=way after my next build, only seasonal jobs for me lol.

I run a home theater receiver which has a built-in amp, been working pretty good. I got it from my dad, you could probably find something refurbished.

I have a 5.1 reciever w/ amp downstairs, so i guess if I set up the compy on the TV I can hook it to surround sound. I'll take a look on Google Shopping for recievers.

Nice. You should find a way to route that exhaust fan wire to the back so it isn't showing.
