DVD Playback Green!

This morning I got ready to begin my day of watching movies and doing nothing.
So i got a stack of 3 or 4 DVD's and turned on my computer. I opened the disk drive and popped in American Beauty.

Autoplay asks if i want to play it in WMP11 or WMC, I click Media Center. The window opens and remains black for a second while it loads the menu, but when it comes up the menu is bright green. I still can hear the music, but all I can see is green.

So I close WMC and open Media Player, again it loads the video as green!

So I figure it might be the disk, so I take it out and pop in Bullitt, it asks me and this time I say Media Player, again green. So open Media Center. green.

I plugged I my external drive, and did the exact same thing with both disks, with the same results.

I unplugged the HDMI cord from the DVI adapter in my monitor and plugged it back in, didn't help.

I unplugged the other end from my video card, didn't help.

Anything else I should try?

I'm running Vista Ultimate x64
4GB DDR2 RAM
Both drives are Multi-layer DVD-RW
DiVX Codec is Installed
AC3filter Audio Codec software is installed

VLC works, I tried the codec pack, Mega and x64 version.

I'll update some stuff later to try to get my card to work
