How could is this video card?

How good is the ATI Radeon HD 4890 1GB PCI Express Video Card? Would you compare this to the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 295?

It's the best card that ATI has. It's not quite as fast as the GTX 275.

yea def, its a good card..it matches up next to the 275or280 i believe, not 100% sure

Basically, the 4890 stock card is as powerful as your going to get with ATI without cross fire or overclocking it.

TBH, i am waiting to get this card

it is on par with the GTX 285 mostly when its overclocked to above 1000Mhz core clock (fastest core clock of any GPU)


now, 2 4890 TOXIC overclocked cards can keep pace with a SINGLE GTX 295 mostly
