Can anyone Moonwalk?

Hearing about the death of Micheal Jackson I started googling his name, and I remembered the moonwalk.
Now I am trying to learn it.
Can anyone do it?
If so can you give some tips?

Yeah! Shift your weight to the foot where your heel is inclined. This should make it easier to drag the other foot!

I can do it where my left heel is up and I move my right.
That is coming to me.
But I can't do it with right heel up!
It's too hard!
Are you good at it?

Wear like tap dancing shoes and do it on a smooth surface. Gotta have slippery shoes I think.

Using socks on a hardwood kitchen floor.
I got clothing and stuff like that.
I just need pointers on how to do it so smooth with your right heel and left leg sliding.
