The top fan is an exhaust fan. I agree with grant, an air compressor would be a bit rough on the components and fans. A can of compressed air would be best to clean them of dust.

ahhh ok, just wondering, cuz the filters that were listed on ncix.com the reviews people said that it was good but it restricted the fan from taking in alot of airflow, so l ll probably have to buy a powerful case fan

The filters do take away from the airflow. The thing with getting high flow fans are, the more the CFM, the louder they get.

I've seen one of Delta's fans. 220CFM (120x120x38mm) at 60 dB :S.
