Is there a light on the mobo?

Do the fans spin up?
Are the connected too the mobo or the PSU with a 4 pin? If they are 4 pin, put a 3 pin and see if it spins up.
Since it doesn't post, I'm gonna say the mobo is probably screwed up, but try and see if the fans will work. If not, then try something USB and see if it gets power.

What PSU do you have?
If that is the problem, get an OCZ 500w, that would be perfect for your system. I just bought a 700 watt OCZ for my new gaming rig.
