The Workstation will be also be used for game testing and design

well from what you guys are suggesting, with a buudget of 8,000. Maybe i should build my workstation, and buy one for the game testing? what you guys think?

well you guys have gave me some very good ideas, i will look through and pick some of the links you guys provided thx alot, depending on how long it takes me to get the parts from newegg, after i get them i will start the build and get pics!

You can still go with my dual 1366 board suggestion. For gaming, you need a GPU and for workstations, you need a workstation card. They are completely different and can't really be used for something they weren't designed to. Never use a workstation card for gaming.
