I completely forgot the part i need to mount extra 120mm fans at the front! It's some sort of Hardrive Rack/Fan Mount thingo that takes up 3x 5.25" Bays at the front,whats it called?

Typically it's called a hard drive cage. That fan will keep your drives running nice and cool.
