I can't say that I am into AMD processors and AMD-compatible motherboards. I put my entire faith into EVGA and Intel.

Could you make a different build with Intel components?

I say steer clear of the i7 since (well rumor has it) Intel plans to drop the i7 platform soon. I'm also an AMD fan, so this post may be biased.
