I would; The I7 won't be "a waste of your money" because they are discontinuing it. The Hexa's will be awesome, but not really designed around gaming just yet which is what we all want, right? And they've even said it will be on S1366, so you could always upgrade later when they become cheaper and more useful.
According to Rohan, the P6Tv2 is a good board for overclocking...And I've, personally, always trusted OCZ for great performing RAM at a great price.
