Multiple devices on same speaker set?

Ok, so I've got a PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 that I'd like to use, all on the same monitor and set of speakers. I have my Xbox connected via a VGA cable, and I have an HDMI switch box on the way so that I can flip between my PS3 and PC easily.

However, I need a way to connect all three of them to my speakers set (I have the Logitech Z-640). I was thinking some kind of switch box, similar to the HDMI box I'm getting, but have yet to find something like that. I have an adapter that converts the red and white signals to a 3.5mm plug to put into the headphones jack on my speakers, but this is notoriously shoddy.

What I'm doing right now is using a red and white to green and black adapter to convert the signal to play through my speakers. This works very well, but is a real hassle to switch between all three of them.

Can you guys recommend a solution?

Damn, that's a little pricey. I already need to spend money on my HDMI selector box and other cables.

I'll keep looking around, thanks.
