Yeah honestly if you get a high end air cooler it will either perform the same or better than a low end water cooler. Also if you have your heart set on water cooling do some serious research and piece it together instead of buying a single kit. And if you do it this way make sure not to mix copper and aluminum parts because it can cause corrosion.
