What about the monitor?

It will simply plug into the DVI port on the back of the video card if that's what you mean.

It does have a cable. It's labeled as a VGA cable. If it doesn't have a DVI connector on it, the video card will have the needed DVI adapter.

yeah the card should come with an adapter that converts vga to dvi. all you do is plug the monitor cable into the converter and then plug it into the card.

If not im sure you can pick one up for cheap.
