How does a black light work, exactly? I mean... How is it possibke?

it just emites a certian light wave that makes things glow purple, and anyting that is neon colord it will glow ultra bright. an be phycodellic, lol

i think it would be pimpin with my atx board, and blue led fans an the V8 HSF

Yup. CrazyPC.com has them in 12" and 4" kits. They also have UV reactive connectors, fans and fan covers.

X2. I have 2 (1 pair) in my case. Nice accent, but if you are looking to really light it up, I would suggest that you get 6 (3 pair) or more. Don't get me wrong, the stuff in my computer reacts to the UV, but it doesn't light up my entire inside. If that makes since...

UV lights aren't really meant to light up the entire case. They are more for lighting up any UV reactive components you may have such as fans, sleeves, and connectors.

Well, I mean, a real "black light" (like household style/college dorm style ) do light up an entire room (the longer versions; not really bright bright light, but light none-the-less). So I'm just saying, if he plans to get a lot of "light" out of it, he'll need more than a few. Which is why I noted that mine work just fine (everything reacts...including dust ), it's just not really eye popping, so-to-speak.
