I was actually considering that bike because it really would be a nice beginner bike, and still plenty of fun.
The vespa would be baller for this new town. Its very small, old, close knit and the roads are mostly 30 and stuff in the town. But driving to the beach every weekend on the vespa sounds horrible. Haha
are you restricted to what engine size you can ride?
(in britain you do a simple day course called a CBT and you can ride anything up to a 125 on the roads, (excluding motorways) with learner plates on, just wondering how it works in the US?)
In the US, all we need to do is pass a written test and demonstrate basic riding skills, and you get a license that allows you to ride any motorcycle you like with no engine size restrictions.
