Right click on the icon, go to options then click on the tab that says hot keys.
From here you can change what buttons do what.
You hold the button down then move your mouse.
You can't really ONLY do it with your mouse, if you think about it.. If you wanted to click and just drag to the next one. You wouldn't be able to click and drag an files with out the window changing.
I'm not sure I know what you mean exactly. Do you mean when you drag a window it acts like it's rubber and sorta bounces as you drag it? I will look but I believe this is only a linux feature.
