WMM in W7 ?????

Hey i recently made an update video of my new rig to put up on my youtube profile and well does anybody know if W7 has windows movie maker ? Ive looked and search but couldnt find anything, maybe its under a different name ?

I really need something to make this video because for some reason when i drag or put a video clip in Sony Vegas Studio 8.0 Platnium, it wont let me put in the clip but it puts in the sound. Yes i have the full version and its not pirated, i actually bought it.
