Social Networking Sites

They all suck badly.

Facebook was really good up until early 2006 when they threw it open to American high school kids. It was all downhill from there and it's getting worse all the time.

The only new one I would consider joining would be LinkedIn. In fact, I plan to at some point - starting an internship on Monday :)
 
Huh, maybe I'm wrong but I alway considered this to be a Social networking site. Technically oriented, of course, but a social networking site none the less.

I've never been to face book, my space, twitter, etc. They just don't interest me.

Why has that made it go downhill? IMO, the more people that join the better it becomes.
