The TRUE is 6.32" tall. You could grab a tape measure to see if it will fit between the fan and mobo.

The dark knight, for comparison, is advertised as 160mm or 6.3 inches high. I think Master Jedi Atomic Rooster is right, you should bust out the tape measure.

Ok, can you guys suggest a cpu fan that I can have in the case with the 250mm fan in there?

If you get a chance to get a measurement between the 250mm fan and the CPU. Shouldn't be to hard to pick something out that would fit. You may be better off with the TRUE and no 250mm case fan.
