Networking Trouble :/

ok so heres whats going on, eversingle day im on my computer i have these weird moments when im online and my internet disconnects for like 30 seconds then it reconnects. I tried resetting my modem and router and yet it seems to still happen. Even when im in the middle of playing a game it disonnects. Anyone please help.

I have a Wireless-G Broadband Router with SpeedBooster WRT54GS Router v7 and am currently running on broadband(RoadRunner). If anyone reads this please help.

OK. Maybe with a little more information someone will be able to help you. I am wondering if you are connecting by ethernet cable or wireless?
What wifi card (if you are using one) are you using?
What ethernet adapter are you using (if you're using one) are you using?
And how often would you say that it's dropping out?
