Graphics Interface

I would get the G.Skill DDR2 1066. They are a better match for the CPU and are a quality product backed by an excellent warranty. The small difference in timings is made up by the fact that the DDR2 1066 is overall faster than the DDR2 800.

i have the G.Skill 1066, an it works like a charm, 4Gb of it will run basicly anything you'd need ;)

My motherboard works the same way. Basically, it has 2 x16 slots, but if you have an SLI setup, they will only work at x8 speeds. But if you just have one card in the first slot, it runs at x16.

should i take the OZC Fatal1ty or the G.Skill i listed before (49.99)

the g.skill got way better ratings...

I say take the G.SKILL. I love mine more than any other brand I've tried.

Either way you go, you're getting good memory. The knocks on the OCZ were mainly that they didn't run at 1066MHz out of the box (noobs). That's true of most any PC2 8500 memory.
