You should have read his earlier post in this thread. He said he buys up everything he can get his hands of because 75% of the time, they are not broken, it's just someone inexperienced who does not know anything about computers.

there was a guy on ebay a while back that was selling PS3s dirt cheap ($50-$75) because he said they wouldn't power on, the only problem was that he was just testing the button in the front and wasn't checking the back of the unit to see if the toogle switch was on, think of how much money that guy lost selling perfectly functional PS3s as "broken/AS-IS" units...
