I need new processor, motherboard and case

Hey, ok so my mother board is just about fried and out of date... and processor is SLOW!!! so i need to find these. Any suggestions of what kind? I play just about every new game, call of duty, battle field, red alert 3, ect... I need the mother board to be under $300 or so and the processor under $400. Any help?
and also i need sata outputs for hdd and it doesnt matter on the format cause i also need a new case ( mine only has 2 fans, one internal, and one exhaust. And also Any suggestions on a air cooled case/ tower? please reply!!!
