which is the better router of the two?

I have read the reviews for both, and they both seem to have their ups and downs

IMHO Linksys is the only way to go
but thats just me
figure out what you will use it for the most (web i bet)
and get that one that has the most 'ups' for that feature
and thats all youll need

im gonna be gaming on my ps3, occasionally on my laptop, im gonna attach a printer to it, and i obviously need it for the web

I vote the D-Link. I hate Linksys and Belkin with a passion.

I would stay FAR away from the Belkin if you plan on hosting any multi-player gaming. I was using that router for use on my PS3 and 360 and hosting always cause me to get cut off from the game and signed out of the networlk. I worked with upnp, dmz nat etc..nothing made it work perfect, so I trashed it and got a D-link N+ Much better router IMO.

and me. linksys is the easiest way to go. i tried setting up my friends D-Link network once and WOW was it a pain in the ass.

Instead of saying (as an example) This thing sucks get this thing lets answer his actual question

I choose the D-Link, because i have personal experience with it and it is an excellent router. It even works with 64-bit Vista
