I've heard of it and I think one of my best friends might have it although he's had no tests.

Yeah I've heard of it - a guy at college had it and he literally wouldn't speak unless you went up to him and made a real effort to have a conversation. Quite sad really

But yeah i have it real bad when im real high. i just get really paranoid, like the people around me are gonna tie me up and steal my weed
